My Final Fiesta: A Scottsdale, Arizona Bachelorette Party Itinerary

Updated: Feb 18, 2022

Planning a bachelorette trip to Scottsdale, Arizona? I've got a near perfect itinerary for you!

I can't even take credit for planning this trip. My amazing MOH, my sister, put together these plans to make all of my bachelorette party dreams come true. I definitely had high expectations and she exceeded every single one of them! Thanks again, Meg!

We flew from the Midwest for a long weekend, starting early Thursday morning and returning home late Sunday night. That's just how our flights were scheduled, but it worked out really great! We felt like we had the perfect amount of time in Scottsdale.

Essentials:

-Heart sunglasses

-Bluetooth Speaker & Charger

-Lots and lots of Liquid IV (trust me)

-Fake eyelashes

-House with a pool (bonus points for cute floaties)

-All the snacks

-High Noons & White Claws

Bachelorette Invites & Agenda

*Front of invites not shown because of personal information*

I designed my invites myself on Canva using inspiration from Pinterest & Etsy.

On it, I put a loose agenda for the weekend and from there my sister did the specifics. It did change a bit because of availability of reservations. Continue reading for the specific deets!

Night 1: Thursday- Dinner & Night Out

Because we arrived so early on Thursday morning (7 a.m.), we were not able to check into our VRBO right away. Luckily, some of the girls in our group had flown out the night before and had stayed at the W Hotel. This worked out incredibly well and we spent the day at the pool at the W, where they had free entries, cabanas, and no crowd. Plus, we got some super cute Instagram pics!

At 4 p.m. we were finally able to check-in to the VRBO. Click the link here to see the VRBO we chose. It had plenty of bedrooms & beds (no bunks!), a pool with tons of cuuute floaties, an outdoor grill & bar, & plenty of bathroom space! It was perfect for our group of 12 girls. Plus, my group put in work to decorate the whole place to bring our final fiesta theme to life!

Us in our Friday pool party outfits!

We got all dressed up and ready for the night which consisted of dinner at a Mexican restaurant, Cien Agaves, which was voted a Top 10 Best Mexican Restaurant (of course we had to go with the theme) & the night out. Dress code for our night was just cute & dressy!

Drinks & dancing @ Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row and The Bottled Blonde

Pro tip: Make a bachelorette party Venmo code and share it to all of your social medias. Our group received so much from our families & friends and that really helped to not only make the bride feel special, but to help cover the first round of drinks for the group each night.

*We added a little flair to ours and requested dares along with the Venmo. As the bride, I had to do all sorts of crazy things from kissing bald guys' heads to dancing on table tops*

Night 2: Friday- Pool Party, Pedal Pub & Night Club!

The next morning, part of the group set out to hike in the desert. A good majority of us did not.... We are definitely a fun-loving group & that caused many of us to be out and about until all hours of the night and early morning. Hiking at 6:30 a.m. did not sound super pleasant after getting home at 5 a.m.

Those of us who did not hike, spent the morning getting ready for the pool party at the Maya Day Club. We got there about right as it opened at noon and stayed until we had to go home and get for the Pedal Pub. We had a blast and overall were happy that we went on a Friday rather than a Saturday. It was busy, but not overly crowded.

Unfortunately the T-shirts we originally had planned to wear for the Pedal Pub did not arrive on time... instead we cut up and wore Final Fiesta themed shirts. They still ended up being super cute!

Our Pedal Pub started at 7 p.m. and took us around to bars in Old Town for a few hours. I personally had never done one before and we had a blast. Our driver was great, too! We used Arizona Party Bike and we loved them!

*Note: You cannot bring your own alcohol on the bike with this company! They do a have alcohol to purchase at their store. We made this mistake and ending up having to leave a few cases of White Claw behind. Boo...*

After our Pedal Pub tour, we headed out to clubs to finish out the night! This time we decided to go to Riot House- highly recommend!

Night 3: Saturday- Pool Party & You Guessed it... Night Clubs!

After two super late nights out we were all definitely feeling a bit tired & some of us hungover. *Cue the Liquid IVs* We spent the entire morning & afternoon at the pool at our house, lounging around with casual drinks on our super cute floaties.

Don't mind our pool hair

If you have never made a nacho board, we highly recommend! We made one on the island of our AirBnb for lunch and it was super quick to make, something everyone liked, and very easy to clean up.

It was much needed & gave us plenty of time to get all dressed up for our final night on the town.

White dress from Lulus.com

We spent our final night out back at Dierks Bentley's Whiskey row after going out for dinner. The dress code for our final night was black dresses with the bachelorette in white!

Day 4: Sunday- Brunch

I 100% Hash Kitchen. We had the absolute best time there trying the mimosas, the Bloody Mary bar, & the cereal shooters while waiting to go to the airport. Our flight was rather late, so we had some time to kill. Luckily, there is plenty on the menu at Hash to keep you occupied & we wanted to try it all!

*Hash does not take reservations ahead of time & there will most likely be a wait. We got extremely lucky and they sat our group of 8 right away*

Outfits & Themes

Because there are always so many bachelorette groups out in Scottsdale, I did not want to do anything too crazy that other groups were sure to have. We kept it original and classy with white & black outfits for most of the nights out & pool days. For a lot of it, I did not care what they wore, as long as we looked good! (and of course, we did)

Day 1: Bride in white & group in whatever swimsuit they wanted!

Night 1: Bride in white & group in cute dresses

Day 2: Bride in white swimsuit & group in black swimsuits

Night 2: Final Fiesta tees, cut to be cute with whatever denim!

Night 3: Boujee night- Bride in white dress & everyone in LBDs

*I highly recommend Lulus.com for all of your bridal dress needs- bachelorette party, bridal shower & rehearsal dinner!*

Transportation & Other Details

We used Uber or Lift to get around but beware, this can get expensive... especially at bar close! Either book your ride ahead of time or split the cost amongst the group.

*Our group was so large that we needed 2, sometimes 3, rides depending. But, the price of renting a car was astronomical as well!*

Overall, our group spent a lot of time in the pool and in the club! This worked out extremely well for our group because people could either relax at the pool or turn up. With the size of our group being large, half of the group could leave the club early and the other half could stay out late, ensuring that nobody went home or stayed there alone. I highly highly recommend Scottsdale if you are planning a Bach bash! You will not be disappointed.
